  • Complying with all work health and safety (WHS) guidelines, standards, policies and legislation.

  • Ensuring clients and builders comply with all relevant WHS guidelines.

  • Ensuring all workers receive clear job descriptions.

  • Providing all workers with access to induction, training and support to ensure complete job readiness.

  • Ensure all power tools are tagged.

  • Maintaining regular safety communication with workers.

  • Ensuring safety and risk management is a priority for all workers, for themselves and others on site.

  • Engaging in regular discussions and consultation with Workcover to ensure industry best practices.

  • Assisting workers to develop a Return to Work program in the interest of a full recovery.
